KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• To lead and implement process improvement initiatives across central and campus teams in line with Study Group’s organisational objectives.
• To engage with stakeholders to elicit requirements and drive process change using staff interviews, side by side reviews, document analysis, business process descriptions, business process and workflow analysis.
• To engage with stakeholders to document, review and improve processes so they are fit for purpose and accurate
• To ensure successful implementation of improvement initiatives.
• To work with other team members to devise new support materials based on the revised processes, to include training, reporting and system enhancements.
• To support Senior Optimisation & Improvement Manager with continuous improvement initiatives as required
• Process mapping
• Process design
• Process optimisation
• Documenting requirements for system build
• Completing post implementation reviews to ensure successful delivery has been achieved and ensure that improvements can be made for future projects

EXPERIENCE

• Degree educated or equivalent experience (preferred but not essential)
• Demonstrable process improvement or change management experience ideally within education industry
• Experience of working in changing operational environment
• Experience of working in environments which involve all levels of stakeholders
