Job Brief:

The position is available immediately, based in Las Palmas, Gran Canaria.

The successful candidate will create and execute an Enterprise sales strategy to focus on winning the largest and best-known global clients and partners in our industries, enabling us to deliver on our mission to make the world a better place through technology.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet the company objectives.
  • Supervise and manage a sales team, providing support, guidance, and motivation to enhance individual and collective performance.
  • Identify new business opportunities and establish strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze results to implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Stay updated on market trends and developments, applying this knowledge to drive sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and follow-up.
  • Attend conferences and meetups of interest to expand and maintain the network.
  • Deliver tailored value propositions to the prospects through presentations and live product demos.
  • Negotiate deals across procurement to C-level and Finance teams.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • High-intermediate level of English (B2), according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages, which can also be demonstrated through academic or professional experience using the language.
  • Hold at least an Expert Degree in International Business or have at least six months of experience as an Export Manager in the Canarias Aporta Program or ICEX NEXT in any of its calls. The Expert Degree in International Business must have a minimum of 20 credits and/or 150 hours of lectures, which can be the sum of several courses, and the interested party must provide documentation to support this.
  • Proven experience in sales and team management, preferably in the IT sector.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to establish strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data and trends.
  • Results-oriented with problem-solving abilities.
