ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

At Insendi, we are looking for a Project Manager who will be responsible for leading projects within the Technology team, ensuring optimal coordination, visibility, and collaboration across departments. The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they meet deadlines, quality standards, and business objectives, while providing seamless support to our partners and internal stakeholders. 

The Project Manager will work closely with the Principal Software Engineer, the Technical Director, the UX Designer, and the Product Team to ensure that the Engineering Team’s deliverables are well-planned, aligned with business priorities, and effectively executed.

As part of these responsibilities, the Project Manager will regularly engage with stakeholders across the organization to track project progress, address risks, and ensure smooth communication. 

Responsibilities: 

• Manage issue and project tracking tools, such as Jira. 

• Propose improvements and fine-tune development-related workflow procedures using Agile methodologies. 

• Assist in planning and splitting technical work into clear deliverables for the Engineering Teams. 

• Collaborate with the Principal Engineer and Technical Director to monitor the team’s roadmap progress. 

• Utilize KPIs and other metrics to measure operational excellence and the development experience of Engineering Teams. 

• Support the Product Team in delivery operational tasks. 

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to track and manage feature flag-based releases. 

• Provide high-level changelogs for internal stakeholders. 

• Collaborate with other teams to provide technology updates to customers. 

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS 

Relevant degree or equivalent experience 

PREFERRED SKILLS 

• Agile and Scrum knowledge 

• Experience as Software Engineer 

• Expert knowledge of Jira
