What you will do at HYVE

• You develop innovative frontends during agile projects
• You capture ideas and requirements for digital products and services and design user-centric, innovative user interfaces as a basis for software development
• You are our main contact person for the visual design of digital user interfaces and you bring your experience into the overall innovation process
• In your designs, you pick up on new digital trends and inspire the team with modern interfaces and fresh design ideas
• You regularly share your knowledge and mindset in the team and thereby contribute to the professional development of your colleagues

What you should bring along

• Degree in the field of UX (interface, interaction, information, media design etc.) or a comparable qualification
• 2-4 years of professional experience in the design of user-centred user interfaces (e.g. website, app, software applications) in various fidelity levels up to the final visual design
• Profound knowledge with layouts and designs as well as the  development of modern design systems including typography, iconography, colors, components and responsive layouts
• General experience with essential UX methods and leading workshops and user tests
• Open-mindedness, empathy, a high sense of responsibility and quality awareness
• Strong English knowledge and either German or Spanish skills, both written and spoken
